A 90-Minute Coaching Call
We introduce the monthly theme, explore what it means for you and identify the changes or actions that will support your growth.

A Hot Seat Call
Bring a specific challenge, decision, offer, piece of messaging or business block and receive focused coaching.

A Get It Done Session 
A supportive space to ask practical questions, receive help and work with others on the projects you want to complete.

Additional Support
Mantra and Meditation Classes weekly to help you feel grounded, connected and energetically supported as you grow.
